What we liked
- + Four adjustable arch levels let you start with a gentle curve and move to a deeper stretch as you get used to it.
- + The listing describes 108 acupressure nodes plus an EVA cushioning strip for a softer feel along the spine.
- + Lightweight and compact, and it ships with a drawstring bag for storage or travel.
Trade-offs
- - Sold under a brand with a short track record, so there is less history to judge long-term durability from.
- - A single-piece board with fixed levels, so it offers less fine control than stretchers with more adjustment steps.
