BNEHS' 1-2 Person Canadian hemlock infrared sauna with heater tubes and panels and a 10 Minutes warm-up time.
An infrared sauna brings gentle, enveloping warmth into your home using heat that works at lower air temperatures than a traditional sauna. That makes sessions feel comfortable and easy to sit through, which is a big part of why people build the habit into their recovery and wind-down routines. From one-person cabins to two-seat models, there is a fit for most spaces. In this guide we compare infrared saunas on heater type, build quality, warm-up time, and footprint. We also look at controls, wood quality, and the small comforts that make longer sessions pleasant. Whether you want a quiet place to relax after a hard week or a warm counterpart to cold immersion, these picks help you set up sauna time at home.
