An I-shaped professional wooden rocker board for adults with anti-slip top, for side to side balance training.
Price range: See on Amazon
What we liked
- + I-shaped rocker moves on one axis, easier than full wobble boards
- + Anti-Slip top keeps feet planted as the board rocks side to side
- + Good stepping stone for beginners before trying round wobble boards
Trade-offs
- - Single-axis movement trains less variety than round boards
- - Check the weight limit and board size before you start using it
